Traditional Change Management

There's no point in doing a team canvas, we've already created the plan.

The Strategy Canvas holds the [i]why and what[/i] of the change from the perspective of the organization. The team canvas is designed to help teams take that [i]why and what[/i] and turn it into the [i]when and how[/i].

This is an artifact that can be used to help the team take ownership of the change, be visible about what they're doing to align toward the change, explore where they need help, and show what they're doing.
