Lean Change Management

AI & Change Management for Practitioners Who Actually Do the Work

A hands-on workshop that teaches change agents to use AI effectively — from prompting and instructions to building your own virtual change team. No coding. No hype. Just practical skills you'll use the next day.

What Is AI & Change Management?

AI & Change Management is the practice of integrating artificial intelligence tools — large language models, custom chatbots, multi-agent systems, and automation — into organizational change work. Rather than replacing change practitioners, AI augments their capabilities: analyzing stakeholder sentiment at scale, generating personalized communications, building project-specific support bots, and processing unstructured feedback in minutes instead of days.

Lean Change Management's AI & Change course, created by Jason Little, is built on the Four Cornerstones framework: Prompt, Context, Brain, and Instructions. This practitioner-driven approach teaches change agents to move beyond basic prompting into context engineering, instruction design, and multi-agent orchestration — the skills that separate useful AI interaction from generic outputs. Content is refreshed every cohort to reflect the latest AI developments.

What You'll Learn

Four Topics. All Practical. No Fluff.

Each topic builds on the last. By the end, you'll have the skills to build AI tools for your own change work — not just talk about them.

01

AI Foundations

Apply the Four Cornerstones framework (Prompt, Context, Brain, Instructions) to every AI interaction
Compare LLMs and choose the right tool for specific change tasks
Process unstructured data (sticky notes, transcripts, survey dumps) without cleanup
02

Prompting for Change

Use zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and role-based prompting in change contexts
Build prompts that generate stakeholder communications, pulse surveys, and kickoff agendas
Recognize when a prompt problem is actually a context or instructions problem
03

Instructions & Bots

Write system prompts that define AI behavior, persona, and constraints
Detect and fix sycophancy — when AI agrees with you instead of challenging you
Build a custom change bot trained on your own project data
04

Virtual Change Teams

Design multi-agent AI systems where specialized bots work together
Create an orchestrator that routes questions to the right agent
Deploy a virtual change team using Claude Projects — no coding required
Content refreshed every cohort
New AI developments, tools, and real attendee scenarios are woven into each run. No two cohorts get the same course.

What Attendees Say

I really loved this course and I came away with so many ideas. What I appreciated the most is Jason adapted the material to match the cohort really well. We dove into a level of detail that is far deeper than I was expecting at the outset.

I learned a lot about the power of AI and how it can benefit me in my day to day as well as my change management work. I now have more confidence to take my current AI skillset to the next level. It was a good introduction and opened my mind to what is possible. Well facilitated in a way that was easy to understand for anyone who is not an IT or coding guru.

Tracey Wasbutzki
Course attendee, 2026

The focus and content of the 4 sessions was absolutely targeted to change practitioners embarking on their AI journeys — which is just what I was looking for. What made it even better was the small group format, which encouraged active participation.
