Lean Change Element

Bridge Building

We help people who fundamentally disagree about the change to see things from other perspectives

Bridge Building

Bridge Building vs traditional thinking

Two different assumptions about how change should work.

Lean Change

Change has always, and will always work based on relationships. Figure out a way to build bridges between groups, or people who don't agree.

Traditional Change Management

We need to escalate to our superiors. They will contact their peers and issue an edict to get people to do the change.

This might sound crazy. In the modern Planet of the Apes, Caesar (the ape) and Malcom (the human) don't want war. They are the ones working on building bridges between the humans and the apes.

Koba (the ape) and Carver (the human) are the ones that hate the other side.
