Change Personas
Change personas help us have empathy for the people affected by the change. They help focus our efforts and find the movers who'll help us.

Change Personas vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
It's important to understand who's affected, and how they're affected by change. Personas help us build empathy, and help us customize our approach.
Traditional Change Management
We can't customize our approach for everyone, and we certainty can't just ask people what they want. This approach ensures control over execution but may reduce flexibility.
Personas are widely used in product development. If you think of the change as your product, it's easier to think of the people affected by the change as humans. It's a good idea to model personas after people you know, and it's important to validate your assumptions about these personas.
