Lean Change Element
Readiness
Teams and people pull changes when they're ready

Readiness vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
Change will happen when people are ready.
Traditional Change Management
Change will happen according the schedule in the plan.
Change readiness is a tried and true aspect of change management. We see it a little differently though.
We see it as an insights gathering tool, not a phase. Doing a 'change readiness exercise' isn't about making sure people are ready to change, it's about generating meaningful dialogue that helps us figure out what the next set of experiments are.
