These are the slides I presented at LESS 2012 chronicling the evolution of Lean Change Management. Angel Diaz Maroto and Jeff Anderson began using Lean Startup for change in early 2012 (if someone else is using it, let us know and become a contributor!). This presentation is based on the evolution of Lean Change by the 10-person team currently working with Jeff at a public sector organization in Canada.
