Lean Change at Agile 2013

I'm happy to announce that Lean Change Management will be available at the Agile 2013 bookstore!   I'm also pleased that Neil LaChapelle had finished copy editing the first chapter which will be released before the conference starts.  If you're interested in hearing about a story of Lean Change in use at a public sector organization, check out my session "From Stone Age to Agile" which I'm co-presenting with Ardita Karaj. Unfortunately Jeff Anderson won't be there, but you definitely don't want to miss "Lean Change: Enabling Agile Transformation through Lean Startup, Kanban and Kotter" which will be presented by Alexis Hui.

If you want to chat about Lean Change Management in Open Jam, look for this shirt!
