Understanding People vs traditional thinking

Two different assumptions about how change should work.

Lean Change

Everyone responds to change at different rates and intensities, therefore our approach to change should be customized to how people are affected.

Traditional Change Management

People move collectively through phases of change, it's impossible to accommodate every individual throughout the change.

ArtSelf

Humans are finicky creatures. Over the previous decades, and centuries, people have come up with a variety of theories to try to understand what makes people tick.
