Lean Change Element

One Page Change Plan

The simplest artifact with the worst name! A plan and actions on a page. Simple and effective.

One Page Change Plan

One Page Change Plan vs traditional thinking

Two different assumptions about how change should work.

Lean Change

This is the original, A3 inspired, one-page change plan from 2012's LeanPub edition of Lean Change Management. It's the simplest way to get started. Remember, the conversation matters more than the canvas.

Traditional Change Management

Our plan MUST include vision, strategy, stakeholder map, risk mitigation plan, execution plan, comms plan, project plan, plan for the plan...

This is another variation on the A3 report, which all of our canvases are inspired from. You can use it out of the box to store the most important details about the change. You can grab Version 2.0 from the 'Useful Goodies' tab.

Why This Change? This section is for articulating the core reason behind the change initiative. It's about capturing the essence of what is driving the need for change within the organization.
