Culture Hacking
Sometimes we see problems that our clients can’t. This is called a crack. Think if it as a crack in the wall that needs to be patched up.

Culture Hacking vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
If change isn't happening, it's because the foreign element isn't strong enough. Sometimes a well-timed hack shakes things up enough to get the change unstuck.
Traditional Change Management
The plan and communications ensures that change will happen. As long as urgency is created properly, there is no need to disrupt things.
Sometimes we see problems that our clients can’t. This is called a crack. Think if it as a crack in the wall that needs to be patched up.
Our duty is to expose this crack to the client to make them aware of it with a hack.
