Disruption Attribute
We increase disruption when change isn't happening fast enough to shake this up.
Disruption Attribute vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
Change simply doesn't happen if the pain of the change is less than the pain of the status quo.
Traditional Change Management
If we disrupt things, people follow the change because they'll be upset.
Everyone has a different tolerance for disruption. Even the word 'disruption' can trigger people.
Change agents who are more conservative might have a hard time with this attribute. Change agents with strong empathy might shy away from disrupting things because they know it'll cause pain.
