Lean Change Element

Reflecting

When we feel uncertain about where the change is headed, we revisit the purpose behind it to remind ourselves of the 'why'

Reflecting

Reflecting vs traditional thinking

Two different assumptions about how change should work.

Lean Change

We believe in continual inspection and adaptation of our approach to change. If the process isn't working, change it!

Traditional Change Management

We invested in the best practice change frameworks. As long as we follow it, things will work out.

This is one of the philosophies of Cause and Purpose. Agile teams following Scrum use retrospectives to inspect and adapt after each sprint.

The team adjusts how they work together with small improvements over time. Change teams can do the same!
