Face-to-Face
We take on extra effort to have face-to-face dialogue wherever possible

Face-to-Face vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
Face-to-face doesn't have to mean in person. The key point is high-bandwidth communication.
Traditional Change Management
This is how more linear, planning-heavy change approaches typically frame the same problem.
The most efficient and effective method of conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation.
This is the 6th agile principle. Note it doesn't state the only way, it states it's the most efficient and effective way.
