Lean Change Element
Celebrate Success
We celebrate the good things, no matter how small they are

Celebrate Success vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
All successes should be celebrated, no matter how small. Anecdotal evidence is just fine, especially early on in change.
Traditional Change Management
Change is only successful when the ROI for the project has been met.
It's impossible to predict the outcomes of change. You can make a good guess, but it's just a guess.
Keep your eyes open for all successes, particularly early on in change. A good practice is to think of using diagnostics and measurements.
