Visualization
We visualize our change work using big visible walls to be transparent about what we're working on

Visualization vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
If we can't see the work, we can't manage the work. It's our responsibility to make it easy for people to see progress.
Traditional Change Management
All the work is in our tracking system. It's not our problem if people aren't looking at it, or reading our comms.
Visualization is so simple, yet so often overlooked. Depending on the type of change and the organization's culture, simply visualizing work is the best way to increase agility.
It works because it's easy to do, gives us a single source of truth and it can be updated in real-time by anyone. We'd like to write more content here, but honestly, this is a really simple practice, just start doing it!
