Movers

MOVERS take action first. The change aligns with their existing beliefs and they generate social proof that the "change can work here"

Movers

Movers vs traditional thinking

Two different assumptions about how change should work.

Lean Change

Let Movers run amok and provide them with help and support. They'll be the informal change agents who help move things forward.

Traditional Change Management

Early adopters can help the change move forward, as long as they behave according to what's in our plan.

There will always be people who’s beliefs align with the change right away. Some patterns you’ll notice:

[ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]they show up for all lean coffee, or other informal chats and sessions.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]if you have an intranet site, they’ll be blogging about the change like there’s no tomorrow![/li][li indent=0 align=left]they’ll offer tons of advice and opinions on how to do the change better.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]they’ll act as advocates to the ‘nay sayers’[/li][/ul][/ml] What to look out for:
