Movables
MOVEABLES might want to wait until they see others doing the change first. They can become strong advocates, but might just need a bit more time.

Movables vs traditional thinking
Two different assumptions about how change should work.
Lean Change
Some people want to wait and see what happens before they take action on the change. Focus on the Movers and generate social proof.
Traditional Change Management
People who aren't participating in the change are resisting the change and we need to overcome it.
Have you heard someone say, “sounds great in theory, but YOU just don’t know how things work around here”? That’s a sign that people need some social proof that the change has worked somewhere in their environment before they’ll try it themselves.
