Hey thanks for stopping by my profile.

I'm originally from the UK, now living in Perth, WA.

I help teams through coaching and facilitation as well as coaching individuals.

I'm also an experienced change manager and in my career, I've trained countless leaders in coaching skills and change management as well as running productivity programmes and business improvement/continuous improvement teams whilst working in a corporate role.

I'm particularly keen on delivering the Coaching Agile Transformations programme because the updated programme focuses much more on culture change and what it means in terms of leadership and also pure coaching skills.

Some of you will be coming onto the programme who may be Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches and you've learned some skills in working with teams. You might also have some really well-developed and honed coaching skills for one-on-one work.

When we're working with teams, however, we know that's a different ball game.

We'll learn how to work at that enterprise level, working with leaders and also working with teams.

You might also be a change professional coming on the programme, wanting to understand how you can do change differently and what that means for your stance as a change professional and how you can leverage coaching skills to help you do that.

So, you've come to the right place.

I look forward to welcoming you both on the training and becoming part of the Community once you've finished your training programme.

Thanks again for popping by and I look forward to seeing you on the other side.
