Hey thanks for stopping by my profile. I'm originally from the UK, now living in Perth, WA. I help teams through coaching and facilitation as well as coaching individuals. I'm also an experienced change manager and in my career, I've trained countless leaders in coaching skills and change management as well as running productivity programmes and business improvement/continuous improvement teams whilst working in a corporate role. I'm particularly interested in culture change and what it means in terms of leadership and coaching skills especially with teams. When we're working with teams, we know that's a different ball game. Learning how you can do change differently, what that means for your stance as a change professional and how you can leverage coaching skills to help you do that is at the heart of how I practice Lean Change.
