Isa's father, Lu's husband and son of Mrs. Arlette and Mr. Gino (in memory). I believe in education as the key to a more just, dignified and integrated society. Entrepreneur, mentor of startups, speaker and curious. I was General Coordinator of Project Management at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovations and Communications. I worked as Organization and Strategy Consultant at CAIXA Econômica Federal, I was for two years Head of the Corporate PMO of Caixa Econômica Federal, at the Superintendence of Corporate Intelligence and Strategy. I have deep knowledge and experience in Strategic Planning, PMO and Project Management, Programs and Portfolios. I also play the role of President of the Federal District Chapter of the PMI (Project Management Institute), where I give lectures and volunteer work for the development of the Project Management community in the Federal District and in the country. Still in the discipline of Project Management, I am a certified professional PMP - Project Management Professional, PfMP (Portfolio) and PgMP (Programes) and I have extensive knowledge of the British methodology PRINCE2 - Projects in Controlled Environments, in which I obtained all the certifications currently available, together with the MSP Practitioner certifications, in Program Management, and MoP Practitioner, in Portfolio Management, which also offers an excellent mastery of tools and methods for Strategic Planning. I work as an Agile Practitioner, PMI-ACP - Agile Certified Practitioner, enabling and assisting organizations in the implementation and use of agile frameworks, such as: SCRUM, Kanban, XP, DSDM and Lean.
