Fundé Red Agile Perú con el objetivo de brindar una propuesta diferente a los clientes, con una cultura de innovación constante y buscando siempre nuevos retos para crear mayor valor en el cliente. Apasionado en la docencia, busco transmitir mi experiencia a través de un enfoque lúdico y sencillo durante mis clases, con la finalidad que mis alumnos logren aplicar lo aprendido en sus proyectos reales. Cuento con un MBA en Centrum Católica y un Master en Liderazgo de Equipos de Alto Rendimiento. Soy trainer certificado en Management 3.0, Facilitador en LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® y PMP, cuento con algunas otras certificaciones en Innovación, Big Data y Project Management. Tengo amplia experiencia en diversas industrias como banca, seguros, salud, logística, gobierno, retail y educación. Gracias a mi experiencia en diversos rubros y debido a la interacción con equipos multidisciplinarios brindo diversos entrenamientos, entre ellos el de Management 3.0.
