Who it's for

  • Change practitioners who feel overwhelmed or skeptical about AI—and anyone tired of generic AI training that stops at "write better prompts." If you want to build AI tools that actually help with your work, not just chat with a bot, this course is for you.

Why attend

Learn what 90% of AI courses skip—Instructions, context engineering, and building AI that actually understands your work. Leave with a working virtual change team, not just theory.

What past attendees say

Jason delivers real time and life examples that he breaks down for non-technical humans so we can understand AND process. He is skilled at listening to others and encourages collaboration. He also enables us to think outside the box. He is also encouraging to those who are relatively new to AI; especially Claude.

AI for Change Agents

AI for Change Agents

Learn the foundations of AI in Change Management.

AI isn't just a buzzword—it's changing how work gets done inside organizations. But most change practitioners feel overwhelmed, skeptical, or unsure where to start.

This course is for real-world change agents who want to explore how AI can support—not replace—the human side of change. You'll learn what actually matters when working with AI (hint: it's not just prompting), how to apply it to your day-to-day work, and how to build AI tools that understand your change projects.

By the end, you'll have a working AI-enhanced toolkit and know how to build a virtual change team using free tools. You don't need to be technical. You just need to be curious.

All attendees get access to our private AI Club with extra content and ongoing bi-weekly Lean Change AI Club meetups where we explore new ideas, tools and build live AI applications and automations.

Lean Change AI Club

All attendees also get access to our ongoing Lean Change AI Club meetups which are hosted bi-weekly. Topics range from live building automations, to new AI tools and open lean coffee style conversations. Meetups are held at 9.30am EST and 6pm EST to accommodate the planet.

This workshop sets the foundation, and our ongoing Lean Change AI Clubs keep the learning going.

Important Delivery Notes:

  • delivery over Zoom including AI generated summaries with the recordings
  • Miro board for all activities
  • Free digital copies of From Skeptic to Strategist and Ultimate Guide to Prompt Engineering
