Through my experience as a Service Manager, I learned to appreciate the critical importance of effective communication between parties. In a changing world, where remote working and distributed teams are becoming an important part of our working environment, effective communication is gaining more and more attention. On my quest to find effective ways to optimize communication lines in business structures, I immersed myself in the fascinating worlds of Lean and Agile. 10 years ago, I started gu
