It’s official! Lean Change Management is now an official Happy Melly brand!

By becoming a funder of Happy Melly, I am now able to better support a community of Lean Change Agent facilitators who can help spread more effectives practices for bringing meaningful change into the lives of people all over the world!

The First 4 LCA Facilitators

I’m happy to announce the first official LCA Facilitators!

  • Dr Holger Dierssen: Holger became a facilitator because he recognizes some approaches to change work better in certain organizations. LCM gives him another set of tools to use.
  • Markus Gartner: Markus became a facilitator because he believed there was high potential in these ideas when we chatted at Agile 2013. Now that he’s been through the workshop, it solidified his decision to continue the journey.
  • Reiner Ritter: Reiner became a facilitator because he realizes that there is always one constantly changing variable when change is introduced: People. LCM gives him a variety of tools and techniques to guide change in a constantly evolving system.
  • Torsten Scheller: Torsten has been a strong supporter of LCM from day 1. He became a facilitator because he believes involving people affected by the change into the design of the change is the most powerful approach for making change stick in today’s organizations

I’m excited that Holger, Markus, Reiner and Torsten have chosen to become a facilitator! Read more about how to become one along with the benefits that it brings!
