This remote workshop of Agile Transitions Coaching with Lean Change Management (ICP-CAT) is accredited by ICAgile and is designed to teach participants how to use Lean Change Management to carry out an Organizational Transformation with agility.

It consists of 6 remote sessions with the facilitator and the group to obtain the ICAgile ICP-CAT certification. 

To receive official certificates, participants must attend all sessions remotely, with the camera on.

All group sessions are 3 hours long and are given through Zoom.

No previous experience is required (although it is useful to have some experience in an Agile and/or Change Management environment).

Other tools we may use include: Google Jamboards, Miro, Mentimeter, Quizziz.


Dates:

17,18 and 19 of February 2021

Timing: 9:30-12:30 CET and 14:00-17:00 CET each day for all three days.
